The original shucked meat producer in BC, Mac’s oyster meat is a standard at the seafood counter in stores across Canada. Our shucking oysters are grown suspended on long lines and never touch the beach, so they are grit free and plump from continual feeding. Harvested daily and brought from the sea directly to our plant, these oysters are hand shucked, cleaned and packed. Chefs and consumers alike enjoy the taste and quality of Mac’s shucked meat.

Oysters are hand shucked, laid loose cup side down in the case, and layered with food grade plastic sheets, then blast frozen.
2.5 to 3 inch shell length available, good meat fill.
