About Us Established in 1998 Smokey Bay Seafood specializes in the sales and marketing of farm raised and wild caught shellfish to domestic and export markets. We work with our clients to find the highest quality seafood direct from its source. Our relationships with North American shellfish farms and processing plants has provided us with access to a steady supply of product at competitive prices. The perishable nature of our product line, primarily oysters, clams and mussels requires us to be experts at logistics to ensure that food quality is not compromised in transit. Smokey Bay customers are importers, distributors
and wholesalers, who in turn sell to the retail and foodservice industry.
