Established in 1998 Smokey Bay Seafood Company sells farm raised and wild caught shellfish to domestic and export markets.
Smokey Bay was initially a smoked oyster company. In 1999 we launched a line of gourmet smoked oysters in various marinades. By working with our suppliers, oyster farmers, we developed a keen appreciation for the shellfish business. Over time our company’s purpose evolved into providing marketing services to North America’s finest shellfish farms.
We have developed a network of producer, buyers and logistics solutions that allows us to deliver the most innovative live, fresh and frozen shellfish options to food service and retail distributors in North America, Asia and Europe.
