Coast Seafood is now packing oyster meat in bulk packs. Live Oysters are hand shucked daily in their plant on Willapa Bay, washed, graded, packed and frozen at once in a uninterrupted process. This particular pack is designed for use in food processing, bulk sales retail or food service. These are the same premium meats as packed and sold to supermarkets across the USA and Canada.
